Suzanne Noble has extensive experience in the mortgage and finance industry, currently serving as a Collateral Analyst at EPM since April 2020. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked as an Investor Sales Analyst at Angel Oak Home Loans LLC from February 2018 to March 2023, and as a RESPA Specialist at Stearns Lending from June 2017 to March 2023. Suzanne began their career in underwriting with Financial Freedom and has held roles involving the preparation and management of disclosures, loan processing, and regulatory compliance. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Mortgage Finance at Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance in 2014.
