Ismaël Séguy-Loubradou

Kawtar Kazeb has extensive experience in performance improvement and quality management, currently serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Foundever since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kawtar held multiple positions at Phone Group from December 2006 to July 2018, including Responsable Certification et Processus, where the focus was on managing the quality system across African sites and ensuring performance improvement. Responsibilities also included analyzing operational quality and leading quality-related projects. As a PMO, Kawtar assisted in managing cross-functional projects in Africa, ensuring continuous improvement and harmonization of project management tools. Additionally, as a Senior Supervisor, Kawtar oversaw team management and real-time activity control.
