Laure Nicolas

Laure Nicolas has extensive experience in the field of training and education, currently serving as Responsable formation insertion and Cheffe de service formation at EPNAK since July 2019, where responsibilities include the development of training offerings, management of individualization and modularization, responses to calls for proposals, and recruitment of the pedagogical team. Prior to EPNAK, Laure Nicolas worked at Pôle Formation UIMM - Bretagne from September 2005 to July 2019 as Chargée de mission ingénierie, focusing on training project management, proposal writing, trainer training, and professional practice group facilitation. Laure Nicolas holds a Master 2 in Stratégie et Ingénierie en Formation d'Adultes from Université Rennes 2, a Titre professionnel as a Formatrice Professionnelle d'Adultes from AFPA, and a Maîtrise in Histoire from Nantes Université.
