Vincent Thomas

Vincent THOMAS currently holds the position of Directeur général adjoint at EPNAK since February 2020. Previously, Vincent THOMAS served as Directeur Territorial at ALEFPA from November 2009 to August 2019, overseeing administrative, functional, and relational management in the social and medico-social sectors, which included responsibilities for over 150 employees and an annual budget nearing 10 million euros across more than 15 diverse structures authorized by CD, ARS, or PJJ. Prior to that, Vincent THOMAS directed a Maison d'Enfants at Association La Maison from September 1999 to October 2009, focusing on project redevelopment and change management, and held the role of Chef de service éducatif at Apprentis d'Auteuil from September 1987 to August 1999. Educational qualifications include a CAFDES in social work from EHESP, obtained between 1998 and 2001, along with training in social work from IRTS Parmentier and BUC Ressources.
