Jorge Fernandes

Jorge Fernandes is a DevOps Engineer at Elgato since February 2022, specializing in Terraform for both local and cloud infrastructures and automating server configurations with Ansible playbooks. Prior to this role, Jorge served as a Software Developer at FABAMAQ from September 2019 to January 2022, focusing on maintenance and development of Linux-based operating systems. Jorge began a career in technology as an Intern and software maintenance trainee, also gaining experience as an Archivist at TBFILES and CEPESE, where skills were developed in archival management. Previously, Jorge worked as a Research Fellow at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Educational achievements include a post-graduation in Software Development from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and a Licenciatura in Ciência/Estudos da Informação from Universidade do Porto.
