Angela Sims

Angela Sims has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Angela began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Jyväskylä in 2013. Angela then moved to the University of Liverpool in 2012, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher. In 2016, they took on a role as a Freelance Proofreader for Proof-Reading-Service.com, and also worked as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Helsinki. In 2018, they were a Research Associate at Biome Bioplastics Limited, and from 2017 to 2021, they worked at the University of Liverpool as a Research Coordinator, Project coordination for UoL REF submission, and Laboratory Technician. Most recently, they have been a Scientist/Lab Manager at Epoch Biodesign since 2021.

Angela Sims obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from The University of Sheffield between 2004 and 2007. Angela then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Liverpool, which they completed between 2008 and 2012.
