Chris Bader

Chris Bader has over 24 years of work experience in project management. Chris is currently working as a Project Manager at Epoch Concepts since 2021. Previously, they worked at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated for 19 years. During their time there, they held several roles including Director of Projects, Director of Quality, and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, Chris oversaw project management departments, established project standards, mentored junior project managers, supervised quality departments, conducted assessments, and managed internal audits. Chris also handled all aspects of project scope and control, including pre-sales support, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, engineering, production, testing, and startup. Chris played a key role in standardizing procedures and increasing the effectiveness of the project management department. Before joining Teledyne Technologies, Chris worked as a Project Manager at Siemens from 1997 to 2002.

Chris Bader holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
