Kristi Ficara

Kristi Ficara has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Epoch Lending from July 2020 to January 2022. During this time, they also took on the responsibility of an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, starting in January 2022.

Prior to their work at Epoch Lending, Kristi worked at Nordstrom as a Retail Sales Associate from April 2018 to December 2018.

In addition to their professional experience, Kristi also served as the President of Sigma Delta Tau, Delta Xi Chapter from January 2018 to December 2018. In this leadership role, they managed a sorority of over 100 members, overseeing elections, facilitating bylaw review, and mediating conflict resolution.

Kristi Ficara obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies, with a focus on International Business and Economics, from Rowan University. Kristi pursued this degree from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from the same institution during the same period.

In terms of additional certifications, Kristi completed a course titled "Build an Automated Landing page using AI from Wix ADI" offered by Coursera in September 2021. Kristi also obtained a certification in "Brand Identity and Strategy" from Coursera in August 2021.
