Justin Sand

Justin Sand is currently the Principal and President at Epoch Residential. Previously, Justin held various roles at Epoch Properties, Inc., including Vice President of Development and President. Prior to that, Justin worked as a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager. Justin also has experience as a Project Manager at the same company. Justin started their career as an Asst. Project Engineer at Hunt Construction Group. Justin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and attended Lake Highland Preparatory for their high school education.
