Beth Anderson

Beth has been with the company since its founding in 1997. She has conducted financial, legal, and operational due diligence secured financing for and closed deals on over $250 million in assets. In addition to negotiating deal documents, Beth also negotiates significant company contracts. She obtains zoning and permitting for the construction and redevelopment of senior housing. Through her strong relationships with state regulators, she has secured licensing and approvals to operate from public health departments throughout the country. Beth also manages the legal affairs, risk management, and budgeting for the company. Prior to joining EPOCH Senior Living, she worked for Oasis Healthcare, a senior living company with 10 communities, where she was responsible for acquisitions. Beth holds a bachelor's degree from Simmons College and a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law.
