Yu An (Ann), PMP®, NPDP®

Yu An (Ann), PMP®, NPDP® has over 12 years of experience in program and project management. Yu started their career in 2007 as a Supply Chain Analyst Intern at Apple. In 2008, they joined Bombardier Transportation as a Graduate Management Trainee and worked in Procurement, Carbody Integration & Industrialization, and Engineering Improvement. In 2010, they were appointed as a Change and Configuration Manager at Bombardier. From 2012 to 2015, Yu An worked at Thales as a Configuration Manager for the NSEW Line Signalling upgrade project. During this time, they led Change & Configuration activities, managed requirements, organized meetings and workshops, and monitored open issues. In 2015, Yu An joined Gefit (Dalian) Industrial Technologies Co.,Ltd. as a Project Manager and was responsible for managing multiple projects to supply automated or semi-automated assembly line to automotive companies. Yu also initiated a project dashboard approach to report progress to GM and customer. In the same year, Yu An joined Epoch International Enterprises Inc. as a Program Manager and was responsible for managing Key Customer Accounts and leading all key customer projects from design, manufacture, complete testing to installation onsite. Yu also established NPI project SOP including IATF16949 requirements, which contributed to the success of obtaining IATF16949 certification in 2017.

Yu An (Ann) holds a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, where they studied Supply Chain and System Optimization from 2004 to 2008. Yu also holds a Bachelor from the same university, where they studied Engineering from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they are a Registered PMP\u00ae credential holder from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2014.
