Customer Support at The Epoch Times

Esther Hack has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Esther began their career in 2008 as a Reporter at The Epoch Times. Esther then worked as a Layout Artist at The Epoch Times from 2010 to 2014. In 2011, Esther co-founded the Mandarin Club at Camosun College. Esther later pursued HR training and development as a student at Camosun College in 2015. In 2018, Esther worked as an HR Assistant at Baptist Housing, where they completed their degree program. Esther also became a Member of CPHR BC & Yukon during that time. Esther then joined The Epoch Times again in 2019 as a Customer Support and Digital Ambassador until 2020. Currently, they are working in a Customer Support role at The Epoch Times, starting in 2020.

Esther Hack attended South Island Distance Education from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. In 2010, they enrolled at Epoch Times College for a brief period, focusing on newspaper design. Esther then pursued a degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management & Leadership at Camosun College. The specific start and end years for this program are not provided.
