Diego Colás Arnaiz has a range of work experience in engineering and research roles. Diego is currently the Engineering Lead for Electronics Developments at EPowerlabs since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Engineer at AVL from 2017 to 2021, where they focused on inverter applications and the design of passive components. Diego also collaborated with Infineon Technologies in 2017 as a Development Engineer, working on a project related to FPGA solutions for FOC in drones. Before that, they were an Assistant Researcher at FH Joanneum from 2015 to 2017. Diego's early work experience includes an internship at Universidad de Alcalá in 2014, where they worked on a project involving artificial vision and car brand recognition.
Diego Colás Arnaiz began their education in 2010 at the Universidad de Alcalá, where they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering and Industrial Automation. Diego focused their studies on Electric and Electronic Engineering, completing their degree in 2015. Within this period, Diego obtained a solid foundation in engineering principles and techniques.

From 2015 to 2017, they attended FH Joanneum, where they undertook a Master's degree in Advanced Electronics Engineering. This program allowed him to deepen their knowledge and skills in the field, exploring advanced concepts and technologies related to electronics.
