Wojciech Knawa serves as a Board Member in Property Management at EPP, overseeing property management operations, controlling KPIs, executing asset management strategies, and enhancing portfolio value through innovative management tools. With extensive experience gained from December 2000 to July 2016 as Managing Director and Head of Property Management at Echo Investment Property Management, Wojciech successfully managed 18 retail and office projects, spanning 430,000 m² of GLA and over 1,000 tenants. Earlier roles included Senior Leasing Manager in the office sector and Leasing Manager in the hotel sector, where Wojciech conducted market research and supported hotel development sales. Wojciech holds a master's degree in Finance and Banking from Cracow Academy of Economics.
