Rachel Morrison

Director, HHS Accountability Project at Ethics and Public Policy Center

Rachel Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Rachel currently works at the Ethics and Public Policy Center as the Director of the HHS Accountability Project. Prior to this, they served as a Fellow and Policy Analyst at the same organization.

Before joining the Ethics and Public Policy Center, Rachel worked at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as an Attorney Advisor/Special Assistant to the General Counsel. Rachel also worked at Americans United for Life, where they held positions as a Litigation Counsel and Staff Counsel.

Rachel's experience also includes working as a Constitutional Law Fellow at Becket, a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Victor J. Wolski at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and a Law Clerk at Samaritan's Purse. Rachel served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Sandra S. Ikuta at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Additionally, Rachel was a Blackstone Fellow at Shared Hope International. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in legal and policy analysis, as well as their dedication to public service.

Rachel Morrison attended Pepperdine Law from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they studied at Whitworth University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Speech Communication.
