Andreas Hochfeld

Andreas Hochfeld is an accomplished IT Service Management professional with extensive experience in IT governance and support, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at Eppendorf Group since January 2020. With a strong background in ITIL® as an Accredited ITIL® Trainer for AXELOS since 2011, Andreas has delivered numerous training sessions and workshops focused on IT service management and change management. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global IT Service Management at Kuehne + Nagel, where responsibility encompassed strategic IT service management and oversight of a global service desk, as well as leadership positions in consulting and training across various companies. Andreas holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Buckinghamshire New University and a Certified IT Marketing Manager designation from the Chamber of Commerce.
