Benjamin Lehmann

Benjamin Lehmann is an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in recruitment, employee development, and organizational development. Currently serving at Eppendorf Group since October 2022, Benjamin has previously held HR business partner roles at Globetrotter Ausrüstung and Allied Vision. Prior to these positions, Benjamin worked as an HR Referent at Rickmers Holding AG, focusing on personnel development and training coordination, and as a consultant at Adecco Group, managing the complete recruitment process. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruiting Specialist at Johnson & Johnson and an HR Coordinator for Learning & Development at Google, as well as an HR Intern at Transat.
