Jens Oser has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer service and management. Their most recent position was as the Head of Customer Care Europe at Eppendorf Group starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Customer Service Manager at Almatis from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Customer Care Operations Lead Central Europe at BD. Earlier in their career, Jens held multiple roles at RS Components, including Head of Customer Service Germany, Head of Service Excellence, and Groupleader Customer Service. Jens also had a stint at RS Components GmbH as the Group leader of the customer data team in Customer Service. Before that, they worked as a Group leader at Schwab Versand Hanau and began their career as a Trainee at Timeworks. Jens Oser has gained extensive experience in customer service strategy, team management, and process optimization throughout their career.

Jens Oser completed their Abitur in Economics at Handelslehranstalt Rastatt from 1996 to 2001. Simultaneously, they pursued their M.A. in English, Politics, and Germanistik at the University of Mannheim from 1994 to 2001. In addition, they obtained various certifications in VUCA facilitation, argumentative rhetoric, customer centricity, innovative techniques in customer service, and assertiveness.
