Phillip Naujokat

Phillip Naujokat is an experienced professional in quality management, currently serving as Head of Corporate Quality Management System and Head of Global Quality Process Excellence at Eppendorf since July 2022. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Leiter Qualitätsmanagement at Kendrion NV from September 2017 to June 2022 and worked at Kendrion Kuhnke Automotive GmbH from April 2012 to August 2017 as Qualitätsingenieur und Teamleiter Messlabor/Wareneingangskontrolle. Phillip's early career involved ensuring organizational quality compliance as a Qualitätsingenieur. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Management and Engineering from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, a degree in Quality Management from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
