Kyle Holtz is a project architect at Eppstein Uhen Architects. Kyle has over 9 years of experience in the architectural field. Kyle has worked on a diverse group of projects, including museums, commercial, and industrial projects, and upscale single family residences. Kyle is responsible for creating and designing plans for multifamily housing and hospitality projects throughout the United States. Kyle coordinates team efforts with owners, developers, project managers, and contractors from schematic design to construction administration. Kyle assures that new construction and adaptive reuse projects satisfy building codes, ANSI standards, HUD requirements, and tax credit requirements.

Kyle Holtz began their educational career at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. Kyle then went on to study architecture at Kansas State University, where they earned their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree. After graduation, Kyle obtained certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in both LEED Green Associate and LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C).
