Greg Zimmerman

Greg Zimmerman is the EVP & Chief Investment Officer at EPR Properties. Greg has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining EPR Properties, they were the Executive Vice President, Development at Washington Prime Group Inc. from July 2015 to March 2019. From October 2006 to July 2015, they served as the Senior Vice President, Big Box, Theatre & Peripheral Development at Simon Property Group. Zimmerman also worked at Macerich as the Vice President, Real Estate from January 2005 to December 2006 and at Rouse Company as the Vice President, Development Director from January 1994 to December 2005. Greg began their career as an attorney at Venable LLP from January 1987 to December 1994.
