Gwendolyn Locher Johnson

Gwendolyn Locher Johnson is an experienced professional in asset management with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at EPR Properties since March 2020, Gwendolyn previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at the same company. Prior to EPR Properties, Gwendolyn was the Managing Principal at LANE4 Property Group from May 2008 to March 2020 and worked as a Property Manager at CBRE from 2005 to 2008. Gwendolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Marketing, and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
