Kandis Muhs

Kandis (Wray) Muhs currently serves as Assistant Controller at EPR Properties since April 2014, having previously held the role of Accounting Manager. Prior to this, Kandis worked at First Data Corporation from June 2008 to March 2014, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements, assisting with SEC filings, managing multiple business units, and preparing year-end financials. Kandis began the professional career as a Staff Auditor, gaining experience in financial and operational audits, and has also worked as an Academic Assistant for a professor at Buena Vista University and completed an Internal Audit Internship at Hy-Vee, Inc. Kandis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Buena Vista University in 2008.
