Robert Faulkner

Robert (Bob) Faulkner is an accomplished Real Estate Attorney with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at EPR Properties since March 2024, Bob previously worked at Stinson LLP as a Partner specializing in recreational real estate, including ski resorts and theme parks, since April 2012. Bob's expertise encompasses negotiations for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development agreements. Noteworthy achievements include successfully representing the purchaser of over 70 fast food restaurant franchise locations. Earlier in the career, Bob held positions at Helfrey, Neiers & Jones, P.C. and other firms, focusing on business and real estate law. Bob holds a JD and LL.M. in Real Estate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, along with a BS in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University.
