Rogena "Reggie" Johnson, PMP has over 40 years of professional experience in various roles. Rogena "Reggie" began their career in 1975 as a Cost Accountant at Woodward Governor. In 1995, they became a Business Analyst at Waterpik. In 2005, they moved to Larimer County as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2007, they worked as a Managing Consultant/Project Manager at Solbourne and Project Manager at Ciber. In 2008, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Manager. In 2009, they returned to Larimer County as a Senior Business Analyst - Finance. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Sr Lead Customer Delivery Engineer at eprentise, where they provided off-site software support and project coordination for eprentise software products. Rogena "Reggie" then returned to Deloitte in 2018 as an Enabling Manager, Consulting Methods & Tools.

Rogena "Reggie" Johnson, PMP obtained their MBA in Accounting from Colorado State University between 1988 and 1989. Rogena "Reggie" also obtained their MS in Psychology from Colorado State University between 1975 and 1979. In 2005, they obtained their PMP - Project Management Professional certification from PMI. In 2017, they obtained their CSM - Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
