Eproval is a leading online event application and approval system designed for local government – making it easier for event producers to submit applications, and more cost efficient for government and partner agencies to issue event permits.

What was once a complex, manual, paper-based process is now efficient and automated, including custom event applications, back-end approval workflow, centralized communications, dashboards and reporting.

This automation has dramatically reduced the effort to apply for events, lowered administration costs, increased visibility for all users, and resulted in much faster approval turnaround times.

Many departments and agencies are involved in approvals and permitting, including:

•	Police & Fire
•	Health
•	Sanitation
•	Parks & Recreation
•	Risk Management
•	and many more.

Our software brings together all these agencies resulting in streamlined coordination within the approval process.

Event Approvals can be used to manage approvals for sporting events, festivals, political rallies, block parties, outdoor concerts, and many more types of events.
