Katarzyna Dembska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, nutrition, and food sustainability. Currently serving as a Judge for MassChallenge Switzerland and previously as Catalyst Program Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Centre, Katarzyna has successfully led accelerator programs that support international startups. Additional roles include External and Guest Lecturer at JAMK University and ISA Lille, and Research Project Manager at the Barilla Foundation, where significant contributions were made to projects focused on sustainable food systems. With a background as a Nutrition Advisor for the European Commission and a history of managing research competitions, Katarzyna combines expertise in food science and dietetics with a strong foundation in project development and educational initiatives. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a Master’s in Food Science from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
