Laurent Cébulski

Laurent CEBULSKI is an experienced executive with a strong background in the railway safety sector, currently serving as the Managing Director and Authorisations Director at EPSF, the French national railway safety authority, since April 2012. Prior to this role, Laurent held key positions in various organizations, including Head of Research/Development/Expertise Department at MERSEN from September 2008 to March 2012, and Head of Manufacturing Systems Department at ESIEE from September 2006 to August 2008. Additional experience includes research and development engineering at Alstom Transport and structural calculations engineering at CIMES. Laurent's educational qualifications comprise an advanced certificate in digital leadership from ESSEC Business School, a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, and an engineering degree from INSA Hauts-de-France, along with a DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
