Jeff also held significant roles at Bank of America Merchant Services and PaySys International, focusing on product management and compliance. Educational qualifications include a degree from Simpson College, completion of the ABA National School in Bank Card Management, and leadership training from the United States Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership School.
