Mick Mc Carthy

Mick McCarthy started their work experience in 1989 as the General Manager at Lyco Limited, an Electronic Component Distributor. In 1995, they joined Avnet Electronics Europe as the Managing Director for Avnet Lyco in Ireland and later became the Managing Director for Avnet UK in 1998. During their time at Avnet Electronics, they successfully grew the business by over 100% per year for four consecutive years. In 1999, Mick joined EPSGlobal as the Chief Operations Officer, where they played a key role in the global expansion program and specialized in high-velocity verticals such as automotive, consumer, industrial, and IOT.
