David Klinch, PWS, PMP, is a Principal at Epsilon Associates, Inc. since September 2013, specializing in the permitting and licensing of energy generation and distribution projects across the U.S. Prior to this role, David served as Principal Consulting Scientist at Constellation from 2008 to 2013, focusing on the permitting of new merchant nuclear facilities. David's extensive experience also includes positions as Program Manager at AECOM (2003-2008), Project Manager at ESS Group, Inc. (1998-2003), and Wetland and Soil Scientist at ENSR (1993-1998). David holds a Master of Science degree obtained from the University of Massachusetts Lowell (1995-1999) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution (1991-1993), with earlier studies at Merrimack College (1989-1991).
