James (Jim) Graham

James (Jim) Graham has a long and varied work history. James (Jim) began their career in 2002 as a Systems Administrator and Desktop Support Coordinator/Lead at Firestone Diversified Products. In 2011, they moved to Firestone Building Products as a SAP Support Analyst, where they provided support for 2 divisions at national and international locations for SAP materials, inventory, and warehouse management modules. In 2016, they joined Anthem, Inc. as a Field Support Analyst, Senior. In 2018, they moved to IBM as a Field Support Analyst, Senior at Anthem. In 2020, they joined Sharpen as a Customer Care Engineer. Most recently, they began working as a Field Support Manager at Epsilon Imaging in 2022.
