Currently serving as a z/OS Network Systems Programmer at Epsilon, Inc. since June 2023, Mark previously worked as an Information Technology Contractor for Employment Enterprises, Inc., where involvement included upgrading clients' NetView and System Automation products. With prior experience as an Associate Operations Manager at Cognizant and a long tenure at Nationwide Insurance as a z/OS Network Infrastructure Engineering Consultant, Mark possesses extensive knowledge in z/OS Communications Server technologies. Mark’s career also includes military service as a Cryptologic Technician Operator in the U.S. Navy and roles in telecommunications and quality control. Educational qualifications include certificates and degrees in various technical fields from Columbus State Community College, Columbus Technical Institute, and Hocking Technical College.
