Rebecca Afşar

Rebecca Afşar is an experienced program manager currently leading a team of 98 at Epsilon, Inc. since November 2022, focusing on software development, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency enhancements. Previously, Rebecca served as an application engineer at LineVision and held multiple roles at Western Area Power Administration, including engineering manager, where key contributions included coauthoring a 2021 investment strategy and overseeing engineering teams. Earlier experience includes program analysis at the Bureau of Reclamation and hydraulic engineering at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Rebecca holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Food, Agricultural, and Biological Engineering from The Ohio State University.
