Zack Spivey

Zack Spivey has extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as a SCADA System Administrator 1 and Desktop Support Specialist at Epsilon, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Zack worked at Geek Squad from January 2016 to December 2022 as a Double Agent PC/HT Hybrid, focusing on the installation and repair of consumer electronics, and as a Deputy Field Marshal, managing a remote team in Northern California. Zack's career includes various positions at Best Buy, including Geek Squad Manager and Multichannel Sales Support Manager, alongside earlier roles as Geek Squad Supervisor and Agent.
