Varchasva Bansal is a finance and business analytics student at Indiana University, affiliated with the Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in 2024. Varchasva is an active member of Epsilon Nu Tau, where significant contributions include establishing a standardized recruitment process and promoting the fraternity to over 150 candidates. In the role of Director of Research for the Eagle Network, Varchasva has created a network of 40+ individuals to support aspiring entrepreneurs and facilitated research on multiple student-run startups. Additionally, Varchasva served as Vice President Finance for the Principles of Cybersecurity, emphasizing the importance of cybersecurity. Prior experience includes a strategic consultancy internship at EY, where Varchasva analyzed FMCG transactions and identified industry trends, complemented by a summer internship at Gaurav Singhvi Ventures focusing on accountancy practices.
