With more than a decade of experience, Carmen has a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects, maintaining 87% green project status over ten years, and achieving client retention rates exceeding 98%. They previously owned Aberon IT Services, where they honed their entrepreneurial skills and managed simultaneous projects across various industries. Carmen's education includes a BS/BA in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. Prior to their current role, Carmen worked with multiple notable organizations, including a significant consulting project involving the integration of acquisitions at a leading manufacturer.
