Divya Krishna Vepachedu, CLMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer loyalty and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Strategic Consulting in Loyalty at Epsilon since June 2021, Divya specializes in developing customer loyalty programs that enhance engagement and retention. Previous roles include Manager of Strategic Consulting - Loyalty at Accentiv' India, where Divya successfully launched over 15 loyalty programs, and Manager of CRM & Loyalty at Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd., focusing on the Runway Rewards program. Divya also has experience in loyalty marketing and campaign management at JetPrivilege and client servicing at Direxions.
