Leah Walland is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Epsilon, Leah previously held the role of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at British Business Bank, where responsibilities included building the FP&A function and managing a team while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Leah's prior roles include Interim Group Financial Controller at Aser Ventures, Director of Group Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis at Chime Communications Limited, and Finance Director at ukactive.
