Kai Sheng

Kai Sheng has a strong background in finance and business strategy. Starting in 2014, Kai worked at GE Power in various finance roles, including Financial Management Program, Commercial Finance Analyst, and FP&A Analyst. In 2016, Kai moved to YETI Coolers as a Corporate FP&A Analyst. In 2019, Kai had a brief stint at Waymo as a Finance Business Analyst before joining TechNexus Venture Collaborative as a Senior Venture Fellow. In 2020, Kai worked at both Tovala and Interior Define, focusing on finance and serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Interior Define. From 2021 to 2023, Kai held roles at Quantum Metric, including Manager of Business Strategy, Senior Manager of Finance, and Director of Finance. Currently, Kai is the Senior Director of Finance at Presence. Overall, Kai has a diverse range of experience in finance and business strategy across various industries.

Kai Sheng holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Managing Organizations (MORS) and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rice University in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Managerial Studies, with a minor in Business. Kai Sheng is also a member of the Crotonville Alumni, having completed the GE - Activating your Leadership Journey (ALJ) program.
