Neha Pathak

Neha Pathak is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles. Neha's career began at IBM Daksh as a Lead Trainer, focusing on enhancing communication and customer service skills. Neha then held multiple positions at Sapient, including Manager and Senior Associate in Marketing. At 20:20 MEDIA, Neha was an Associate Executive responsible for media strategy and brand awareness. From December 2021 to May 2023, Neha served as the Head of Employer Brand for Airbnb in India, building the employer brand from the ground up. Currently, Neha is the Director of Brand & Communications at Epsilon, leading strategic initiatives to position Epsilon India as a leader in the marketing and advertising technology sector. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Manager in Global Corporate Marketing at Publicis Sapient, where Neha expanded brand marketing initiatives on a global scale.
