Pamela Young

Pamela Young is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and client management across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Epsilon since January 2025, Pamela also holds an advisory role at Belle.ai and previously led sales as Head of Sales at CVS Media Exchange (CMX) while serving as Executive Director at CVS Health, both from June 2023 to December 2024. Pamela's prior experience includes Vice President of Sales at Firework and a significant tenure as Vice President, CPG at Valassis Marketing Solutions, where expertise was demonstrated in consulting top consumer packaged goods companies on strategies and media activation.
