Ram Avtar

Ram Avtar is a Technical Delivery Manager at Accolite since April 2024, specializing in systems monitoring, user ticket handling, and automation. Previously, Ram has held roles as a Senior Client Support Engineer at Epsilon starting August 2016, Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies from May 2015 to July 2016, and Senior Software Engineer at Infosys from June 2011 to April 2015, focusing on Unix and SQL-based application support. Ram holds a PG Diploma in Applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Hyderabad (2021-2022) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from BIT Sindri (2007-2011). Early education was completed at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, graduating in Science in 2005.
