Previously, they held strategic roles at companies like Zoro US and Sears Holdings Corporation, where they led advanced analytics projects and marketing strategies, driving business growth and customer insights. Ran earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
