Noelia Bachiller

Noelia Bachiller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and agency management. Currently serving as the Directora de RR. HH. at Epsom Consultores, S.L. since October 2018, Noelia focuses on leadership and fostering connections to enhance individual and team productivity. Previously, as Directora de Agencias at CASER, Noelia gained a comprehensive understanding of the multi-channel insurance sector. Initial experiences in the insurance industry began at Linea Directa Aseguradora, alongside earlier roles in sales and customer service at Club Melia and hotel el Milano Real, respectively.
