Andrew Bircher

Andrew Bircher has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2009, they began working at Mole Valley District Council as the Head of Planning until 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2022, they served as the Assistant Director of Customer Services at mhs homes. Currently, they are working at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, where they started as the Head of Policy and Corporate Resources in September 2022.
