Carol Masson Smith

Carol Masson Smith is an accomplished HRIS iTrent Project Officer at Epsom & Ewell Borough Council since January 2019, with expertise in system support, security configuration, and business analytics. Prior experience includes serving as HR iTrent Project Lead at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils from April 1990 to January 2019, where significant contributions were made to the integration of ITrent and the development of various user-defined systems.
