Yang J. is a Research Scientist II at Epson Canada, with a tenure starting in January 2017 and advancing through various roles including Research Scientist and Associate Research Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as a Computer Vision Engineer at Bluewrist Inc. from October 2015 to December 2016, where responsibilities encompassed the research, development, and optimization of 3D Vision and Image Processing models and algorithms, as well as the design and maintenance of computer vision and point cloud processing applications. Yang J. is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Toronto, with a focus on the Institute for Aerospace Studies and Robotics Institute, following a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Countermeasure Technology from Xidian University.
