David Shillcutt

David Shillcutt is a Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. since December 2018, with prior experience as a Health Insurance Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, focusing on Medicaid initiatives related to substance use disorders and mental health integration.
