Mate Pager

Mate Pager is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in backend development and API solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Epsy Health since January 2021, Mate focuses on enhancing the Epsy Health app to benefit individuals with epilepsy. Prior roles include Senior API Developer at Morneau Shepell, where Mate developed backend solutions for the LifeWorks platform, and Senior Developer at SEALED ENVELOPE LIMITED, providing database solutions for clinical trials. Early career experiences include Senior PHP Developer at Privax Limited, where Mate contributed to the HideMyAss VPN service, and leading IT and development at Escalion for a payment system. Mate's programming expertise began as a PHP programmer at DuoDecad, building and maintaining payment and risk analysis systems. Mate holds a degree from Eötvös Loránd University, completed in 2007.
